Before any of that
The first call is free. Tell us what you are dealing with, and we will explain what RESTORE is and whether it is worth going further.
A consultation with the physician is $150. It covers a full review of your history, an explanation of how we would approach your condition, and obtaining your records. It is taken at the time of the consultation and credited against your program fee if you go ahead.
The consultation is the work itself: a considered answer about whether this is right for you. That answer has value whether or not you decide to come, so the $150 is retained if you choose not to proceed, or if we advise against treatment.
The three programs

All three follow the same schedule: three infusions over three consecutive days, two reinforcement infusions two to three months later, and a reassessment after that.
How often a further infusion is needed after that varies from person to person. In our own review of patients treated for depression, the average interval before another infusion was needed was about eight months. That is a retrospective figure from our own practice, not a prediction for you. The figures, and their limitations.
What the fee includes
- The $150 consultation, credited against your program fee, and review of your medical records and prior laboratory studies
- Physician evaluation before treatment
- Each infusion in the initial course, with a physician present for its entire duration
- Continuous monitoring throughout — heart rate and heart rate variability, blood pressure, ECG, oxygen saturation
- The RESTORE supplement
- Outcome tracking, and correspondence with your psychiatrist or prescriber
What is billed separately
- Laboratory studies. You arrange these through your own physician or laboratory.
- Pharmacogenomic testing, where we recommend it. We have no affiliation with the testing company; it is ordered and billed independently, and pricing comes from the provider.
- Maintenance infusions after the initial course, at the rate in the table above.
- Travel and accommodation.
What a first year actually costs
Most patients who respond have the initial course and two reinforcement infusions in the first year. On that pattern:

Those figures exclude laboratory studies, pharmacogenomic testing if recommended, and travel.
We will give you a written estimate of your expected first-year cost before you commit to treatment, so that you are comparing a total rather than a headline.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance, and ketamine infusion for these conditions is rarely covered. We can give you documentation to submit yourself.
